OAO Meetings
OAO has two regularly scheduled meetings each year: the CodeQuest coding seminar held in conjuncition with the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives; and the Table Rock Regional Roundup held in conjunction with our sister societies in Kansas and Arkansas.
CodeQuest is held each year in February, March, or April and alternates between Tulsa in even-numbered years and Oklahoma City in odd-numbered years. This meeting is a must for physicians and office staff alike.
The Table Rock Regional Roundup is held annually at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO, each September. Big Cedar Lodge is located on the south end of Table Rock Lake, providing plenty of opportunity for golf, fishing, boating, hiking, and other outdoor family activities. The meeting is very relaxed and family-friendly and the late September weather is always perfect.
