BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER TAKE NOTE: All OAO members and most non-members are already registered on the website. Before going through the long process of entering a new membership application, try using the "pay dues online" link. If you are in the database already, you will simply be able to pay and go.

In most cases, your default login is your last name and first initial capitalized normally (e.g. John Doe is "DoeJ") and your password is your AAO number. If that does not work, it is most likely that we don't have your AAO number on file (though we have most of them).

			For practicing ophthalmologists who have practiced in Oklahoma for more than 2 years. $700 ($630 if paid by February 15)
	2nd year practicing in OK
			For practicing ophthalmologists who are in their second year of practice in the state of Oklahoma. $575 ($473 if paid by February 15)
	1st year practicing in OK
			For practicing ophthalmologists who are in their first year of practice in the state of Oklahoma, such as those who have just completed residency or those moving to Oklahoma from another state. $350 ($315 if paid by February 15)
	Not in Active Practice
			For retired ophthalmologists. $350 ($315 if paid by February 15)
	Military Ophthalmologist
			For ophthalmologists on Active military duty. $0
	Member in Training (Resident/Fellow)
			For ophthalmology residents and fellows. $0
